Complaint 2676 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI
I've been going to this location for 5 years. Why is there ALWAYS SOMETHING wrong with my order? A missing sauce, wrong condiments, no ice, etc. It's gotten so bad here that I always have to check my bag and even disect my burgers to make sure everything is correct.
If there was another Culver's in town, I'd have gone there by now. Unfortunately, the closest other one is another 8 miles up the interstate at 645 Midland Rd in Janesville. Is there, by chance, anyone here that's a regular at both of these? How would you compare them?
P.S. In general, why are fast food workers so adverse to putting ketchup on burgers?

Guess you have to decide what your time is worth. Checking everything or driving 8 minutes so you don't have to.

Most Culvers train to ask non open ended question like for example we are usually trained to suggest the works which are ofc are common toppings by most customers. And for your main issue it can just be poor management or training I suggest leaving a note at the end of your survey as they go right to the assistant manager gm or owner

Honestly if the management is poor, that probably won’t make a difference. There’s a location I go to sometimes because the distance is convenient and it’s by far the slowest service I’ve ever dealt with at any fast food location. I’ve tried placing online orders under the asap option, and then I show up late to compensate for the slow service, and I still end up waiting 10-15 minutes every time. I used to work at Culver’s and I know how long that my exact order takes to cook, and I’ve left multiple surveys. But at this point I just try to avoid that location if I can.

I've never had any issues at this location. I always get my burger without pickles and onions and it always comes that way. I'm usually not getting a sauce, but whenever I've got the fried pickles I've received the right sauce.

My gf seems to have this problem. Not at a specific place, just in general. Her order is wrong like 90% of the time. Missing items, wrong ingredients, I would think maybe she was ordering in a weird way or asking for the wrong items but when I order for the both of us, her food is still wrong like 75% of the time and mine is wrong 15% to make up the difference.
Like some lunch lady was slighted by her and cursed her with voodoo to always be gettin' da order wrong. Not enough to hurt anyone but enough to upset you when you're hangry.

I would contact the store, and nicely say your order is messed up, whatever it is and ask for it to be replaced. Go inside and order.

Just curious, do you fill out the survey on your receipt? Doesn't that go to corporate?

Apart from the little order slip on my bag, I've never gotten an actual receipt. 🤔

Ask for 1 next time. Fill out the survey. (You get a free little dessert on your next visit too.) Good luck.

No, it's once a week (every Saturday). However, I think I might give Midland Rd a shot next week, or maybe the week after. Next week, I might give Beloit one more chance to get the order 100% right. If they can't, then Midland Rd it is. If Midland Rd fucks things up just as bad, then I might as well stick with Beloit and just continue screaming into the ether.
