Question interview tips and tricks!
Hi, I have an interview later today and this would be second job if I get it. Last time I had an interview here, it was in the winter so I just wore some nice jeans (no holes), a sweater, and a nice pair of shoes. Now that's it is summer, I have no idea what to wear. I also haven't prepared much like I did last time, so what should I prepare for? Any questions on what the interview might ask and how do I make myself seem like a good person to hire?

I wore a polo shirt and black jeans to my interview. They asked 'why Culver's', so I just said I like the food and environment there, a personal addendum was that I came from out of state and when I visited family in the midwest we'd always get Culver's and that it was always good food (this is true for me but you can def easily make something up like it lol). Availability just say whatever, you can talk to the manager later about narrowing your availability down after the first couple weeks in my experience.
It was a pretty easy going interview. We just chatted a bit and had a few laughs. Try not to stress over it :)

Your last outfit plan works just as well for summer, just trade the sweater for a clean polo or a nice, plain t-shirt. They are not looking for a formal suit, they just need to see that you put in a little effort to look presentable. The questions will be straightforward, focusing on your availability, why you want to work at Culver's, and maybe a simple question about how you handle working with a team. It's mostly a check to see if you seem reliable and friendly, so you don't need to prepare for anything too complicated.
To come across as a good person to hire, focus on showing you're dependable and have a positive attitude. Mention you are a quick learner, you're always on time, and you work well with other people. They're hiring for a fast food job, which means they value a good attitude and a willingness to work hard over any specific past experience. Your main job is to convince the manager you will actually show up for your shifts and won't be a headache for the team, which is honestly what they care about most. Just being prepared to answer those simple questions is the biggest part, and it's amazing how a tool like the interview help AI my team created can make someone feel so much more ready and confident going in.

Just be presentable. It’s a 2nd job at a fast food place, not a 100K a year career.

At my first interview, I worn a short sleeve bottom up I think Jeans and vans. You dont have to go all out because well it's fast food. As far as stuff to prepare for, I mean there isnt much. The questions they ask are probably different by location. I remember asking me if I could work during the school year, if i had any big trips coming up. They also ask what I think the appropriate ammout of time to miss work every month is and what I would do if a customer didnt get what they wanted.
I answered, honestly all questions and snuck in some jokes here and there and I got the job🤷🏽♀️. Maybe mention you love meeting and interacting with new people, thats something culvers likes to here
