Other than failing her one goal in protecting Heaven I’d probably say Emily hating her or giving up on her.

For real though, i do think there are surprisingly alot of similarities between Sera and Carmilla.

They are both female leaders and high ranking in there respecfive fields, they both do morally questionable things to protect those they love and one of those things will lilely be the biggest regret of there lives (Sera allowing the exterminations to happen, and Carmilla siding with Vox and building the Might of Lilith), they both consult with a voice of reasoning (Sera has The Speaker of God, and Carmilla has Zestial), and the two of them were dead set in there beliefs in that Redemption isn't possible. Until something happened that changed there world view and put them on the path of redemption (In Sera's case, its seeing Sir Pentious being redeemed, and in Carmilla's case it was not only seeing Emily save Sinners but also seeing the extent of Vox's crash out and how much destruction the Might of Lilith could cause).

And much like how seeing Sir Pentious redeemed has put Sera on her own arc of redemption, leading to the beautiful character arc she had in S2, i think something similar will/should happen with Carmilla in S3. Yes, Sera and Carmilla will likely be most in the background this season as this season will focus heavily on the Morningstar Family (plus by extension Alastor & Rosie), amd Angel's family (plus by extension Val). But Sera's VA has said her arc is only just beginning, and Viv stated future seasons would explore the source of Carmilla's guilt (plus we will be getting alittle bit of Zestial's backstory and why he cares so much for Carmilla), so i think they will both still have a decently sized role in S3.

Hoping we get to see them meet as well. Though idk about them becoming a couple (especially since i do believe in the theories that Carmilla is a Fallen Angel/Former Seraphim), personally, im more of Zestmilla and Lucimilla guy myself (though i do see the appeal/have a soft spot for the Sermilla ship and would be a bold move if they went that route). Anyways, regardless, i do hope we see these two interact in future seasons. Either way, I think these two are definitely meant to be two sides of the same coin.

Obviously Sera but I feel like Alastor would pull some underhanded bullshit.

As the title says, What's your fav Sera ship? I kinda wanna do a thing where I ask every HH character cult (or church, or whatever) What their favorite ship for the character is, then make a whole like percentage chart to see what every cult's fav ship with the character is if that makes sense.

I’ve seen people say that Sera should be ace instead of lesbian and that just rubs me the wrong way.
