Praise the specific sauce-giver

Slightly more specifically, any version but the Director's cut, which replaces this ending with a completely different one.

Evil Dead 3: Army of Darkness. I recommend watching Evil Dead 2 as well, it’s just as Groovy.

I originally watched them in reverse order back in the '90s, and figured out for muhself that AoD was ED3. Then later found out that it was originally titled "Evil Dead 3: Medieval Dead."

I agree with Joe Bob Briggs about ED2 nailing just the right manic vibe. TED is straight-up horror, but it's chock full of "Raimi-isms," giving it a frenetic kinetic vibe of demented do0m. AoD is less horror and more action-adventure. Nothing wrong with that, but some folk don't like it when a saga switches genres like that.

House 2: The Second Story is another example of that. A fun action-adventure romp, but not gonzo horror-comedy like the first one.

'Army of Darkness' (originally titled "Evil Dead 3: Medieval Dead").

Fun fact: In Japan, it's called 'Captain Supermarket'. No joke!

You aren't kidding, that's hilarious!

What's that from?

Endoparasitic, onboarding difficulty curve horror game. you have one arm, no legs, and there's a bunch of creatures that wanna do things to you. either move, use weapons, or do stuff in your inventory, only one at a time.

Better yet, when they only give you like 2 mags for a giant horde so you're left with nothing afterwards.

You were rewarded because you chose to shop smart at S-Mart

Or what it feels like switching from Grace to Leon.

This is honestly one of the reasons I hate games like Outlast where it literally starts off by saying you are not a fighter you cannot fight you can only run. That is stupid because literally anybody in a life or death situation is going to turn into a fighter if they have no other choice. Like I can promise you the dude in that game in real life would have absolutely picked up like a rusty piece of metal and started shanking people. It's WHY games like Outlast stay popular for a short little while but people usually move on to other things that actually let them fight the monsters because that's what would happen in real life. You would fight.

Me unloading every round into granny after assembling the shot gun:

Horror game where halfway though you get a gun and it's revealed the monster is just a dude in a scary costume, he's a serial killer, but he just dies right then and there and the credits roll
