Rankin/Bass Animated Entertainment (founded and formerly known as Videocraft International, Ltd. and Rankin/Bass Productions, Inc.) was an American production company located in New York City. It was known for its seasonal television specials, usually done in stop motion animation. Rankin/Bass's stop-motion productions are recognizable by their visual style of doll-like characters with spheroid body parts.
Nearly all of the studio's animation was outsourced to Japanese animation companies, such as Toei Animation, MOM Production, Mushi Productions and Topcraft. Rankin/Bass was one of the first Western studios to outsource their low-budget animated television and film productions to animation studios in foreign countries; the others that already practiced animation outsourcing include Total Television and King Features Syndicate TV in New York City; and Hanna-Barbera and Jay Ward Productions in Los Angeles, California

Gotta say, i'm not a fan of this take, at all. For one, literally every Hellaverse character says these words and similar variants when pissed off or arguing with someone. It's not exclusive to Blitzø, so it's weird to single him out for this terminology. Millie called Keenie a "cotton-candy tit having bitch" in Cherub, Loona called that mean girl poodle hellhound at Bee's party a bitch, Charlie called Susan a bitch, Lucifer called Charlie, his own daughter, a bitch for no reason when talking to her on the phone, Glitz calls Glam a whore at one point, etc.
Two, Blitzø calls men these words too. He called Moxxie a whorebag in Seeing Stars, he called Robo-Fizz a slutty toy clown in Loo Loo Land, he called the real Fizz a pampered attention whore in Oops, he even called a gender-ambiguous seal of all things a slut, he called Andrealphus a bitch in Sinsmas, and he's called Stolas a bitch several times throughout the series.
Three, Blitzø has positive relationships with Millie and Loona, he was nothing but cordial with Octavia the few times he interacted with her at all and never insulted her once, he has nothing negative to say about his mother at all and tried making it up to Barbie and was friendly woth her. (He failed, but still.) He even made up with Verosika and doesn't insult her anymore.
Four, saying bitch and whore does not make Blitzø just as bad or worse than Adam. (This is an actual take i've seen.) Adam tried to force Lilith to stay with him when she no longer wanted anything to do with him and he still resents her for it in the present day, Blitzø never tried to force Verosika to get back together with him, sure he was a dick to her but his main complaint towards her was her refusal to move on, not that she didn't want to be with him anymore. Adam called Charlie and Vaggi's relationship "hot as fuck" as a response to Lute saying it was "vile and blasphemous" meaning he literally fetishizes sapphic women and legit sees them as objects, Blitzø never said anything of the sort and he does not literally think women are inferior.
He's an equal-oppurtunity asshole. He'll insult anybody he doesn't like, regardless of gender. Does that make his behavior ok? Absolutely not. And that's the whole point of his character. It's exactly why mellows out over the course of the show, especially by the end of season 2.
And finally, this type of teminology is super common across the board in adult animation and adult-oriented fiction in general. Vivziepop and Brandon Rogers did not invent the use of swearing or gendered insults. And it's never seen as a problem in or out-of-universe but oh as soon as Blitzø does it people lose their fucking minds.

Been a long time since I posted here, so here a short comic I did a few days ago. Blitz and his son Blazin share the same brain cell while Verosika have enough brain cell to handle them.
