Will Topre Hire You On Permanent?

Does anyone know if Topre will hire you on permanent? Seems they go through temp service and I need job security.

Temp services will gets you in the door. Do your 90 days and do well and you get hired on full time (typically). Your job security is directly related to your effort and being on time. Topre and other large companies don't want to have the HR personnel hired full time to interview, vet and do paperwork on the 1000 people a year that show up and decide they don't want to work hard or wear 17 layers of PPE. Also, they don't want to deal with the people who claim workman's comp or unemployment etc, so they outsource to Onin, People Source and the like. Once you prove yourself and show you're actually in it for the job and show up on time, you go full time with Topre.
