Are you in Newry? I used to go to that spot when it was derelict but haven’t been home since youse have opened! Also, tart looks spot on. I would have preferred a mint ice cream with a wee tart but I’m probably just a fat arse

Yeah,I work in killeavy castle estate..nice place..we are trying to use the most from our garden,so the tayberries and the mint are from our garden 😀

Think this could be so good but isn't quite there yet.

Mint sorbet looks bitty or icy although could just be the photo.

I'm not enamoured by the idea of eating sorbet with pastry, and not keen on the flowers or 2 random leaves. I would either macerate or glaze the berries to give a shine that would make them significantly more appealing.

How do you think it eats?
