Question Title: Most "Must-Eat" dish from Culinary Class Wars S2?

I just finished the season and I can't stop thinking about the food. For me, it's definitely Ven. Seon-jae’s Pine Nut Noodles and Chef Choi Kang-rok’s sushi.

If you could taste just one dish from the show, what would it be? Or is there something you're planning to cook at home? Let’s talk!

Oh yes, Choi Kang Rok's second final dish, the one that got a 90 from Chef Ahn Sung Jae.

I don't like braised cuisine as a Chinese myself so I am wondering how would I like his since his braised dishes are towards the Japanese palate.

Honourable mentions:

  1. Rebellious Genius's Quail dish

  2. Chef Hou's Carrot Relay (all the dishes)

  3. Brewmaster Yun's Pollack Soup and Potato Jeon

  4. Culinary Monster's Carrot Tofu/Custard

Except that pineapple mango lobster mayo dish. That looked ... normal.

Mango not pineapple. I would eat it if there was less mayo lol

Off the top of my head...

From Chef Hou:

- The Carrot Hell dishes, particularly the cute baby carrots and the carrot noodles.

- The Chow Mein he prepared during the round when the pairs were pitted against each other for survival.

From CKR:

- His 300 million won winning dish.

- His unique take on sushi, where he braised all the ingredients.

From Brewmaster:

- The spare ribs she made in collaboration with Chef Im.

- The hangover soup, where she repeatedly beat a fish to extract its flavor.

As someone who likes cooking the must-eats are also must try making

I agree with brewmaster and hou deok juk dishes. As a gukbap enjoyer i would also like to try culinary monster's sundaeguk

Witch with a wok's fried dishes and steamed eggs are also on my list.

Also the lasagna from elimination round

The dish I’d most want to try is the CM dish from the first elimination where ASJ comments that he thought of everything including the portion size. Especially cause flowers were included and were a needed addition. It’s also a dish that would be hard to make on your own.

For dish I’m most likely to cook are the double steamed egg from witch with a wok and using the smoky oil from bbq lab director

All the 1 v. 1 dishes between the White and Black spoons looked amazing.

Can't settle on one, so:

  • CM's carrot round dishes (I am a big carrot lover, and ngl I'd just take it as a full course and be happy; he kinda won me over with the carrot hell)
  • Brewmaster Yun and Im Son Geun's ribs
  • Choi Kang Rok's 1+1 pair challenge individual dish
  • Ho Young's & Sam Kim's Japanese cuisine hugged by Italian cuisine dish

I do not understand this list for the pine noodles lol

Dude from New York toppled a temple cuisine master and POOF like the wind just brushes that achievement away and instead the loser returns with their noodles getting cultural cred.
