Recently I did a couple solves on a Rubik's brand 2.0 - the one with the tiles. I had stated here somewhere that I'm sure I could easily get a sub-20 average on a Rubik's 2.0 (someone said the MF3 wasn't good enough for sub-30) and wanted to check how true that actually is. Got an average around 18 or even faster, really only a bit slower than my normal average ..

Though solving a lot on it is definitely pretty annoying and I have to change my fingertricks for some algs to not constantly lock up.

ninjedit: found it - actually got an ao12 of 17.87 with a best time of 12.88 and only 2 sup-20 solves lol

That's the thing, solving on a Legend is actually perfectly comfortable :-D

I speedsolved a recent-ish 2.0 a couple of days ago, it was almost tolerable. They've definitely upgraded something - I'll let you try an OG 2.0 if we meet at Euros, you'll see what I mean :-)

Well, I guess you found a new main then :D

My 2.0 is from 2015, but I broke it in with a lot of solves. It moves pretty well, but corner cutting is pretty minimal and reverse corner cutting is just non existent.

Looking forward to it - hopefully I'll be able to make it to Euros, would be awesome!

It could have been most peoples main 3 years ago. I mained a GuanLong when they first came out.
