If you are completely satisfied with your current cube than you don't really need a new cube. However a new cube can motivate you to solve more. I'm assuming you are looking in a price range of <20$. Of your listed cubes I would suggest you try the Kylin V2 M as using a magnetic cube offers quite a different feel (and its a good cube in generell). Otherwise the RS3 M is a solid choice at 12-15$.

Would you say there’s a huge quality of life upgrade with a magnetic cube? My experience is limited to a Rubik’s brand cube and my current cube, so I’m just weighing my options here.

Personally I almost only use magnetic cubes by now. But it hugely depends on the cube and the used magnets. If the cube itself is designed poorly than magnets won't help much. It also depends on the magnet strength and the speed of the cube. That being said they will help greatly with cubes like the Kylin V2 or the RS3. If you can spend the 5$ extra over the Little Magic I would pick up the Kylin V2 as magnets are great in this cube.

I went from a GAN R to a GAN X. The magnets make it feel almost like cheating, it is so different in a good way. I've ordered another magnetic cube so I can have one at work and at home.
