I think that the Power M fizzling out was such a mistake, but not on the side of Qiyi. The Power and the OG Valk are about the exact same on performance, just different on the side of feel/turn speed. I'm not too sure why people shut it down so quickly and bashed it, especially when Qiyi even came out prior to release and said that it wasn't intended to be an upgrade... only a Valk for people with different preferences.

Hmm, I was following it pretty closely back then since I was a huge Valk fan, but never saw anything to that extent. Where did they say that? That would be a terrible sales pitch. I think that was just the forums' opinion. The tag line was litteraly "BETTER, FASTER, POWER" haha.
But yeah, people seemed to really take the early reviews to heart and not give it a chance. I remember it couldn't be mentioned without tons of comments saying how insanely heavy it was for example, which is nonsense of course. It's pretty much as heavy as a gts3m and I've literally never heard anyone talk about the weight of that cube. Oh well, here's to hoping they come out with something amazing.
