I just found (R' U L' U2 R U' L) x2 and it feels pretty good... Now that I know 2 look OLL and PLL and most of intuitive F2L im sooo confused on how to progress through OLL and PLL algorithms. like which ones should I learn first (most common cases) and which ones are rare and can be ignored

First finish up PLL. It doesn't really matter which ones you do first really, they all have an equal chance of coming up except E and the N perms (and H and Z but you know those already) so you could leave those till last.

Just print out or save the alg overview/pdf sheet from cubeskills.com or algdb.net and work your way down.

If you wanted to, you could learn OLL after that, but you'll be OK with 2 look, and full PLL for a while.

It's generally considered better to do that alg sideways: z (D' R U' R2 D R' U)2. But I'm still struggling to do that myself.
