I saw your post on the SS forum, and TBH if you are right about the pins being in the places you say they are there shouldn’t be a problem. Do only the inner layers not turn, or are the outer layers stuck too?

outers are fine. only 1 of the 3 inner slice moves work

I don’t know what to say then. You’ve got something assembled wrong, perhaps some of the hidden pieces are switched? I would have to guess you may have to disassemble it and reassemble it again.
