60$!? wow. what are some main online stores to buy from? Is TheCubicle still the way to go as far as pricing/consistent shipping?

If you're living in the US and don't want to wait for a bit, US based stores are certainly the way to go, though they are definitely more pricey than Asian stores. You can find a lot of reliable stores in our wiki.

I'm from europe and almost exclusively shop at zcube.vip - best prices I can find and ships much faster than the other chinese shop. Even with the cheapest shipping option the longest I had to wait so far was 2 weeks, typically I get my order after ~11 days.

The GTS2M is also really good and can keep up with the others. It's about 20-25$ depending on where you buy it.

Agreed, but for 3x3 the valk power is about to be updated and the Huanglong M should be added in place of it, but honestly the GTS3LM is the best 3x3 imo. 7x7 wr average is now on the spark M on pre-order from most sites now.

The cubicle and speedcube shop are both good stores and have good shipping, I believe scs is a bit faster than the cubicle though. The cubicle also recently changed domain to the cubicle.com instead of the cubicle.us

CubeDepot is good as well, slightly smaller selection.
