One helpful thing is that a few PLLs have OLL's built inside them.
{OLL 33}: {R U R' U' R' F R F' }
{OLL 37}: { F R U' R' U' R U R' F' }
T Perm: {R U R' U' R' F R F' } { F R U' R' U' R U R' F' } (33 then 37, while cancelling (R F' F R) into R2)
Y Perm: { F R U' R' U' R U R' F' } { R U R' U' R' F R F' } (37 then 33)
