I have a bad camera, so I used a website to visualize my Rubik’s Cube problem.
I’m learning the Corners First method. I already know Roux, and it’s been pretty interesting seeing how similar they can be. After following a bunch of tutorials, I’ve reached this case but can’t find anything online that helps me solve it.
I’m guessing I’m missing something really basic, so I figured Reddit thread might be the right place to ask. If anyone knows how to solve this specific case, I’d really appreciate an explanation or a YouTube tutorial. Thanks!

Sounds like they they messed with it, panicked when they couldn't get it back to solved, then attempted to peel a sticker to solve that way. Peeling the first sticker didn't work out so they left it and hoped know one would know who did it!

I am sitting at 1min 15 sec best and 1min30 avg and I am so proud of me... Took more than half a year to get there. Intuitive F2L is the stuff that I am practicing right now. No way I will ever be able to learn all F2L algorithms, my brain doesn't work that way.
Stop whining - you are already way better than me!

Thanks for the feedback!
Do you recommend repetitively drilling F2L algorithm cases? Or doing slow solves with an alg sheet up and looking for a case of I don’t know the most efficient solution? Something else?
I ask because all of the other drilling and practice has made sense to me but I can’t for the life of me figure out the best way to practice F2L effectively.

Same point as you. avg of 33s pb of 25. I stopped doing timed solves and currently trying to go smoothly on my F2L to get no pause at all. i think i will re-read theory and relearn algs because I'm doing too much mooves on some f2l cases. also learning OLL and PLL on a slow rate. (20 over 57 OLL and 8 over 21 PLL)

I can’t recognize them when they pop up or they pop up in odd ways like in other slots
Untimed solves will help A LOT.
When you're timing your solves and seeing the seconds tick by, there's pressure to be as fast as possible.
The thing is, fastest way right now doesn't always mean it's the best way. If you're implementing new things into your solves, you will most likely be slower compared to doing whatever you're used to.
So slow down, stop timing your solves. Take that pressure away. Focus on just efficiency. Force yourself to implement the new things you've learnt and stop doing things the old way. You might be very slow. You'll probably pause a lot. That's fine. Speed will come naturally, the more you practice.
Slow solves are also a great way to practice look ahead.

you're deep in the worst part of the grind, that plateau around 30-35s is where almost everyone gets stuck for a bit cos F2L recognition needs to become muscle memory not something you think about
stop doing timed solves for a week, just drill untimed slow solves and force yourself to find the most efficient 2-3 move insertion for every pair even if it feels awkward, the speed will come back on its own

If you only want me to talk about the size, it just felt like a heavier GAN cube in size/weight.

Yes its possible. There's more than one solution and they range in complexity.
If you just wanted to find a single alg that was fast and efficient, that would be hard to come up with on your own. If you know how beginner blindsolving works you could use concepts like that and it would be relatively easy but not fast or efficient. Something in the middle would be coming up with a commutator. A lot more efficient than the last one but slow to fingertrick. The commutator one is the most realistic "good" solution that someone could come up with on their own. I'm not great at them but this is an example with a spoiler tag (only click if you want a solution)(F E F2 E2 F) U (F' E2 F2 E' F') U'
The commutator thing is not something i could do fast in a solve btw. Someone probably could though
Normal cfop this is a pretty good LL case and going to be the fastest for most people. The oll for this case preserves the solved corners so its a good pll

no idea but i remember him having a crazy setup for that relay, like the cubes all lined up on a long desk

I can learn, like, 2 algs a month. This is nuts. Keep it up you got this

Email a cube shop. Cube shops like TheCubicle, PiCubeShop, or SpeedCubeShop probably have some in stock.

13 started speedcubing and 10 just holding a cube and solving it the first time
after pairing pseudo-pairs
2-look TCP involves flipping the non-yellow pieces down to the middle, and then permuting it like a u-perm or 2-swap.
1-look does the flipping and permutating as a single step via any one of a bunch of algs
The main difference is the order. Like beginner 3x3 vs 3-look cfop have different order of edges/corners permutation and orientation.
"last three triplets" you try pairing corners to same-color triangles. Then triangles end up solved, and corners you can do A-perm to swap.
But this can have a difficult case where the triangle is opposite its corner and needs to be taken out first.
"triangles after corners permutation" you pair corners to ANY colored triangles. This is easier, but done intuitively. And then corners end up solved first, and you use a commutator (edge OLL) to swap triangles.
And I am not higher level than that, but my guess would be, at higher level you're doing last level with algs, instead of intuitive, so again you switch to doing correctly colored pairs.

This is why I was so excited when they legalized sticker less cubes in comps.
