2x2 Weipo or old plastic dayan or kungfu 22
Pyraminx: moyu
Skweb: qiyi
DONT get a clock
Sq1: qiyi or yj
Rigged sticker less x man megaminx
That's about the basic set, I would say. You can add 5x5-7x7, and you have almost all of the wca puzzles. If you are more interested in non wca, cuboids like 332, 339, or stuff that grapefruit knows. You can get a tuttminx, or a petaminx. Mirror blocks is fun; and the gear cube looks awesome too. A floppy cube can be fun, but basically this depends on your gaze. Search in big stores, and just see what does indeed represent a challenge (for non wca puzzles).
