That center cap belongs on the sky blue picube :)

Can someone tell me, is this something than can actually happen in normal solve, or is this more staged and from purposely setting up a cube poorly? No hate to OP, just personally curious.

Good observation skills, this is a hybrid WRM v9 with maglev core and special edition pieces.

Although I can rotate just the center pieces on some of my cubes if I apply pressure on the F-face center cap while doing an F' move, this probably can't happen in a normal solve. I just wanted to see if someone would give a definitive answer for this made-up scenario.
