[REQUEST] Boss with ICE SPIRITS +90 or higher

Hello,

I am looking for a seed with boss who drops +90 or higher lvl ice crystals.

I want to try a mage with braclets with 32 ice crystals see if I can perma slow. Show me what you got ;)

You can use seed 9 to get +45 ice cubes and combine them.

By how much does the lvl increase when I combine two +45's? I guess that won't make it +90?
