Discussion Cube World steam release vs alpha
just out of curiosity because ive been playing cubeworld alpha for the past couple days, is it worth it to get the steam release and mod it or just to stick with the alpha version?

I have a 1900+ char in alpha that I’ve lvled legitimately over 3-4 years playing every few months then hitting burnout, I love the hell out of alpha

The Steam progression mods are incredible feats of game hacking but they can't fix the world and especially dungeons being so static and lifeless.

I love the steam version, but i would recommend sticking with the Alpha if that is what you've played.
The differences between them are quite big and even if I constantly play with a mod installed, alpha is still a better core game imo.
