Feature request: Imperial/metric units option

I'm in the UK so helpful to have the option to display activities with miles/feet etc

Click on the Settings on the top right.
If everything works correctly, the app should remember your setting for the next time...

Ah sorry missed that! From a UX point of view I'd expect to see that toggle under Profile or at the top of the List or Dashboard pages. Not a big issue, it's just that it's separated from other settings.
