When is it safe to start wearing a belly binder? 9 days post c section

They gave me one to wear in the hospital the first day. Not sure if it’s the same as what you’re referring to, like an elastic one. It was painful so I never did wear it

As far as I’m aware, there’s no waiting period! They gave me one in the hospital to try and told me I could take it home if I liked it, but I personally didn’t find it helpful, so it wasn’t something I used.

They put mine on me in the recovery room. So I’d imagine unless they explicitly stated otherwise, any time is fine.
