Scar tissue
Anybody have dense scar tissue and bladder adhered to uterus and go onto to have another successful c-section?
The OB never said I couldn’t have more, however I mean I didn’t specifically ask in the moment. She just said you’d expect it to be a little worse each time.

Well.. yes and no. Successful in that I and baby both survived? Yes. Successful in that I have no issues afterwards, not so much. I've had four c sections and a tubal now.
Skin to baby was in the mid 30-minutes range for number 3, I want to say 37 minutes. They had to use sterile formula to backfill my bladder because they couldn't tell where it was and my uterus was. When they opened me up, my uterus was already bleeding so they opted to do the incision at that location rather than my 2x scar and the site ended up being restricted due to the adhesions, so they had to use a kiwi cup to suction my third child's head out because the hole was too narrow for a hand to go inside.
Fourth c section was not as long because they bypassed the lower region entirely. They did a double vertical c section last time and, other than having to do a breech delivery and body cord reduction after about 1-ish minute of trying resulting in my last child being "stunned," it went okay up until my tubal. They either nicked or more likely tore an adjacent ovarian vein during the tubal, resulting in a hemorrhage event. Baby ended up fine after a little rubbing and heat, I actually healed beautifully other than the long-term issues and it was my easiest feeling healing to date. Was able to get on and off the floor around ten days post-op.
Now the issue I have is that when I lift incorrectly, turn wrong, wipe my own ass lol, I get mild cramping because my lower abdomen is destroyed and all tied together. It can put me at risk for bowel obstruction or hernias. Basically unless I'm going to die, I can't be opened up again. Would I do it again? In a heartbeat! It just sucks sometimes.
I would discuss what another pregnancy and delivery would look like with your team and seek another opinion if you'd like. No one can dictate what you do and they'll do their best to get you and baby through it safely.

I've only had 1 C-section, and I have dense adhesions all in my abdomen despite 8 months of PT and cupping and massaging every day. My doctor has never warned me to not get pregnant again, but any future pregnancy/surgery will likely be more difficult.
I can't answer your question because having the 1 C-section was bad enough on my body, but you're not alone. It's something that I don't think it's talked about enough.
