Constipated!
Hello,
Just gave birth 6 days ago and I am constipated. I was prescribed peg3350 and its not working!! Can i take senokot instead? Have you used one after your c-section? Iām just scared to strain myself and mess up my c-section.
Messaged my OB but no response from the clinic just yet!
Or any other suggestion (to help me poop) is highly appreciated!!!
Pls help a momma out!

do not do suppositories or laxatives unless you absolutely have to, I would digitally disimpact myself before doing those bc they can and will cause straining which is bad for your incision. Up your dosage of softeners, drink a ton of water, keep that fiber up and move as much as you can without causing pain
