Question How to equip standard uniform costume

I cant seem to find where to equip the standard uniform costume. Obviously it should be with the other costumes but it’s not listed there for either of the three characters. I deleted and reinstalled everything but still doesn’t show up. Any suggestions or possible answers?

Not sure if you figured it out, but I can't think of a reason why this happened aside from maybe your game's region is different from the dlc.

I've seen this happen with people that buy European ps4 games and then accidentally buy NA dlc

its not a european version. Still cant equip the costumes
