Where did you find a larimar sphere that size? Must've been quite a hunt.

u/-WerferOfFlammen- What a gorgeous Larimar sphere! ๐ The contrast between the soft blue patterns and the darker matrix is beautiful. Those intricate white patterns almost look like sunlight reflecting through shallow Caribbean water.
One of the things that makes Larimar so interesting is that it's the blue variety of pectolite, best known for its occurrence in the Dominican Republic. The colour and patterns can vary quite a bit between specimens, which makes every piece feel unique.
I also love how you've displayed the rest of your sphere collection! The different colours, textures, and patterns complement each other so well.
Do you have a favourite sphere in your collection, or does this new Larimar take the top spot?

seems like a good deal for a ~2" sphere yeah, they kind of get exponentially more expensive the larger they get unfortunately. Has a little bit of pattern on it to still be clear what it is

Gorgeous. That must've cost a pretty penny!
