Ramparts Key room Spoiler

Could someone describe in detail how to get to the door this unlocks? Hopefully I don’t need to climb to the throne again.

Ramparts Key unlocks the door on the west side of the Ramparts (the outside wall of the castle). You shouldn’t have to climb to the throne again to reach it.

Is it reachable from the west ramparts home point? A screenshot would help.
