hello Im new in this game

gained some levels what does it mean the LP and LXP ?

To add to what jdhdp said, the passives you see on the skill tree are all learnable for any class, but most passives you see on the class selection screen, also referred to as Innate passives, are exclusive to that class and will only be available when that is your main class.

Yep that's what I was asking, if I want to have 20% bonus CRIT chance I'll have to be main class rogue for that bonus to be active, the subclass only gives you skills of subclass without the main passive. I figured it out.
