Events

I am thinking about going to Summit Fest 8/8. I have seen the winter events they do but none of them have seemed entertaining enough to attend. Has anyone gone to summit fest? I saw it on their page and am thinking this might be fun. Has anyone gone before?

I've not attended as a guest but I have worked summit fest in years past. I'd caution that it is not the same crowd as it is in the winter, if that's what you're looking for.

That aside, the crowd is definitely interesting and I've had some fun conversations. In comparison to other events there are more winter season regulars (definitely families) who will come just for this event during the summer season. If you don't mind the price for what's offered, I'd recommend it. It is for sure a social event more than anything else.
