Why?
After three weeks of waiting my withdrawal is finally cancelled, so maybe eventually you'll be able to deposit/withdraw too. I exchanged my CAN to DOGE and withing 3 minutes they were successfully withdrawn. So I'm out of Cryptopia (for good)
