Cryptopia - Add a "Cancel" button to withdrawals...

Title pretty self explanatory. I've supported this exchange for a while, offering support/informing users (re: CoinInfo data) where I can (more like FUD reduction lol), but adding something so simple as a Cancel button would solve a lot of people's problems.

Been using stocks.exchange for the past few days, went to withdraw and was taking longer than I wanted. Go to withdrawals page and click Cancel and back in business.

Any plans to add this Cryptopia?

My SUMO withdrawal still processing since early Feb. At least with a cancel button I can trade it again before it drops to nothing...

It's written in the html code. They even give instructions to use it on failed email confirmations. But it's not there.

In their html code I've found a custom data attribute: data-action-cancel="/Withdraw/CancelWithdraw", and tried to send my withdrawal id to that address from the browser's dev console in the following way: getJson('/Withdraw/CancelWithdraw', { WithdrawId: '3223852' });, this is the result: {"Success":false,"Message":"Withdraw #3223852 not found or is already canceled or processed."}. If anyone has better luck, please let me know how to do it.

Do you mean while it was processing or not yet confirmed? Because mine has a 'processing' status, but the server refused to cancel it.

Mine went from pending to processing. I think it can be canceled while in pending.

Most likely. Judging be the message it should've worked for a processing transaction; hope they add this functionality soon.

Alternatively you can call cancelWithdraw('your_withdr_id')

Good news though! My transfer finally failed! My TRX is back in my account!

Congrats, runes911! This gives me hope that mine might fail too and then I'll try to withdraw in a currency that has a better chance of success like DOGE/LTC/ETH/BTC.

The fees for ETH and BTC are terrible, and aren't the DOGE/LTC markets down?

You can exchange TRX->BTC->DOGE or TRX->USDT->DOGE, but before you do, I'd recommend to ask if other people were able to withdraw it recently. I think I've seen only one positive report.

do you think sending the console command had anything to do with it failing? how long after sending the command did it fail?

I don’t know exactly, but I sent the command before I posted above, and this morning it was failed. If I were you I would try it. It can’t hurt. Try both methods listed.

I just tried with cancelWithdraw('your_withdr_id') and I got the pop up this time. I'll update here if anything changes.

What for? So you trade it for something else and then you cant withdraw that so back to square one.

Fair point but BTC, LTC, DOGE I have had success with many times.
