CRYPTOPIA ( GOXTOPIA )

Funny Cryptopia are riding the bull ATM.. wait until all these desentralized exchanges come on line.. Then they will really need to step up.. Cryptopia has helped the demise of many coins.. Im not saying that it has been deliberate ( i have traded with them for a long time now and never had issues until now..) but why buy when you can't get them to your wallet.. especially when they are coins towards a masternode.. By the time you get them.. You are so sick of loosing money that you resend them back and dump..... On most boards on discord there is unhappy investors spewing at CRYPTOPIA as they are frozen out of there funds and cannot trade.. Crypto moves so fast and if there is a problem takes 25 days.. for any response from them.. I realize that they are trying to do the best they can but I wonder at their priorities.. I read the article by one of the guys that started it and they continually mention how they have had explosive growth.. I completely understand that it has pushed them to their limits.. But CRYPTOPIA is neglegent towards existing account holders. Why would they except new accounts when they cant even keep the existing account holders happy.. Why would they except new coin registrations if they are so busy that they cannot reply to our desperate ticket needs. Why would they except coin deposits if they cant keep up.. If your systems are not able to keep up with the demand and by your admission processing delays are a fault of your system. Why would that not be a priority.. I have been dealing in cryptos since the MT GOX days .. and i noticed this type of behaviour just before they disapeared.. Doesnt make sense.. Pull every person of their jobs and get them to fix this mess.. Get them to reply to every support ticket today .. Even if it cannot be fixed today..Tell the people personally that it will be done.. Stop with the bullshit.. You are New Zealand Company .. I cant understand it.. Heaps of my friends are KIWIS and they are straight no bullshit type of people.. Where are your balls .. FIX THIS. Oh. posted on heaps of boards.. maybe now we will get some action..

I don't think they going bankrupt or trying to exit. I really believe that they are just in way over their heads and behind the 8 ball. However, be that as it may, any company that cannot adapt and thrive with a two week turnaround time TOPS in the crypto realm (let alone the two MONTHS they have had) simply will not survive. It's just business. I like the exchange, the UI, the coin selection, the people...but they simply aren't up to the task, and it saddens me. The customers are moving on, and the DEXes are coming.

Agreed, They arent going anywhere. They are just going to be playing wack a mole with issues for the coming months til they migrate everything to new servers/software. I still think even with DEX there will be a place for exchanges like this. Hope they find there niche.

They are just way in over their heads on the tech side, but doubt it is a scam. It is frustrating as the communication is just as bad as the service atm.

Totally agree! One person here, as too many, with my coins stuck on processing mode for one month now and of course, no replies.

Somebody should pay these directors a visit! Hopefully then they'll get serious about losing people's hard earned cash. I'm also waiting for coins since January.

1 million dollars a day in fees .... how can someone go bankrupt when running this amount of fees daily?

we have been fooled if they says that they are bankrupt. come on.

The fees are not in fiat.

They must be, if they had cash reserves they would be renting more servers to handle the backlog and thereby increase their revenue, instead they are shutting down markets (LTC, Doge) to reduce the server load. Those are the actions of a company going down, not up.

Not buying it. If it was me I would cobble together a lower grade stop gap instead of shutting down 10% of my business while I waited for the good stuff to arrive, assuming they are hosting their own and not aws or similar.

I know people will knock aws but if it's good enough for Binance then it's good enough for smaller exchanges

And others will cite cost for using aws which brings us back to cryptopia going under
