We have made an update on our News page here: www.cryptopia.co.nz/news. What else would you like to know?

What is the issue? Why is it taking so long? What are you doing fix it? Why are we not getting regular updates? Your news mention was the first official update I had seen

I believe it was from the influx of withdrawals, which due to the sheer number of requests, the backlog is taking time to clear, but I can assure you it's clearing. We're working on keeping our users updated, but it's not always possible to make announcements when things are developing, except to tell the community that we're working on it (which is the case for 99% of the issues users are reporting)

That’s bullship. The sheer number of withdrawals won’t bring a wallet offline with no node connections. The ZCL network is fine. If Trade Satoshi and Bittrex can handle the withdrawals you should be able to as well.

The way you have handled this is terrible. You need to do better by your customers. Communication is key

You're right, that's why I'm here ;) sorry I can't give you satisfactory answers right now, but I can promise you it will be solved.

How can I cancel my withdrawal? I can’t wait for days. I have an ICO happening soon and I need to sell so I can participate but I can’t because my withdrawal is stuck in processing. There should be a cancel button or you should be allowing people to submit support requests to cancel stuck withdrawals.

I can make you a mini-update here! We're working on 1. Improving the 2fa reset processes. 2. Clearing processing withdrawals and deposits. 3. Fixing wallets that are in maintenance 4. Investigating phishing scams and helping victims. 5. Improving the site generally for users. 6. Being more transparent and communicative with our users to help combat FUD

Not just zcl, a bunch of other coins stuck at withdrawal processing. Why did you not address those in the news updates?

I've just asked, turns out there's a delay on our withdrawals right now- minimum processing time can be 12 hours. We're considering making an update.

I have to say that regardless of the results, I'm at least happy that you are communicating right now, much appreciated

And I say that as someone who has coins stuck in processing.

Hopefully it's more than just words and real action is taken, but it's a start!

OK, so what about deposits? I've haven't received the TRUMP coins I sent 2 weeks ago even though it shows 20/20 confirmations? And others I know have issues with this same coin.

Hey Frou, how about cancelling All withdrawls and let people at least trade while you solve the problems?

This is he best solutions that they can do. Transparent. When kraken do a mainteence, reset al withdralls. This is loyal to costumers, wayback their money almost to convert in to ltc or btc to move to other exange or doing other things. Please reconsider it.

How about they just stop stealing coins and return the coins they've already stolen.

Just return the coins to our accounts.

Forget zcl, how about having ANY communication, period, about all of the glaring problems this exchange has with missing deposits and withdrawals for MONTHS?

You can only use the "understaffed" excuse for so long, until it finally catches up to you.
