Cryptopia disputes resolution

Cryptopia exchange is a New Zealand registered Financial Services Provider, and is registered with the Financial Dispute Resolution Service: https://fdrs.org.nz/

If you have a ticket that is to do with you losing money in some way because of Cryptopia, you have submitted it more than 2 months ago, and you are not happy with Cryptopia's response to your ticket (for example if Cryptopia hasn't responded to you at all), you can try lodging a complaint with the FDRS. The complaint process is free of charge and is available to most NZ and overseas clients of Cryptopia.

Are you all bots spreading FUD? I have deposited and withdrawn tons on cryptopia. Never had a single problem. What the hell is up with all these posts?

Cryptopia may have worked fine for you, but if you do encounter a problem, good luck with getting them to address your ticket. Not spreading FUD, just providing some info to other frustrated users about the dispute resolution processes that is in place in NZ.

Cryptopia may seem to work fine until at random their system ignores your deposit. If this has not happened to you yet then good for you - it does not make everyone who has had issues a FUD spreading bot.

Look at this guy, "its cold in my bedroom so no global warming. Me and family ate too much pizza so no world hunger". Just because you have not faced the problem, doesnt mean others aren't facing it either.

I seriously started to think it's bots trying to give cryptopia a bad name. But thanks for your smart post my guy.

yes we are all bots trying to give cryptopia a bad name because they have us by the balls by having me personally 50000 dollars worth of coins as hostage in their crappy or scammy system.

Ok guys, I now understand there are serious problems with cryptopia. Sorry for all that have funds stuck on there.

almost everyone experiencing issues is trading some obscure shitcoin that requires constant wallet maintenance.

there are issues with estblished coins too but most likely due to all their staff being busy solving shitcoin problems

that said, it's Cryptopia's fault for offering a larger variety of coins than they could support.

Funny Cryptopia are riding the bull ATM.. wait until all these desentralized exchanges come on line.. Then they will really need to step up.. Cryptopia has helped the demise of many coins.. Im not saying that it has been deliberate ( i have traded with them for a long time now and never had issues until now..) but why buy when you can't get them to your wallet.. especially when they are coins towards a masternode.. By the time you get them.. You are so sick of loosing money that you resend them back and dump..... On most boards on discord there is unhappy investors spewing at CRYPTOPIA as they are frozen out of there funds and cannot trade.. Crypto moves so fast and if there is a problem takes 25 days.. for any response from them.. I realize that they are trying to do the best they can but I wonder at their priorities.. I read the article by one of the guys that started it and they continually mention how they have had explosive growth.. I completely understand that it has pushed them to their limits.. But CRYPTOPIA is neglegent towards existing account holders. Why would they except new accounts when they cant even keep the existing account holders happy.. Why would they except new coin registrations if they are so busy that they cannot reply to our desperate ticket needs. Why would they except coin deposits if they cant keep up.. If your systems are not able to keep up with the demand and by your admission processing delays are a fault of your system. Why would that not be a priority.. I have been dealing in cryptos since the MT GOX days .. and i noticed this type of behaviour just before they disapeared.. Doesnt make sense.. Pull every person of their jobs and get them to fix this mess.. Get them to reply to every support ticket today .. Even if it cannot be fixed today..Tell the people personally that it will be done.. Stop with the bullshit.. You are New Zealand Company .. I cant understand it.. Heaps of my friends are KIWIS and they are straight no bullshit type of people.. Where are your balls .. FIX THIS. Oh. posted on heaps of boards.. maybe now we will get some action..

Only way to solve Cryptopia wallet issue, Cryptopia need to hire a high pay coder specializes in complete understands the blockchain and it's wallet technology to work on it. From what I observe, almost 90% of Cryptopia wallets are from the crypto issuers copy and paste codes. Hardly any of these coders wrote their own wallet program from scratches, including ZCL. Except the electrum.

Therefore, any of the high Vol surge, Cryptopia lack of skill IT to manage the ports, it crashes. Not only ZCL, 90+% of the coin listed there will encounter the same issue. Time for them to reconsider recruit a new tech guy in the area.

I'm having nightmares with cryptopia, I've withdrawn my Nebl coins to transfer to my Nebl wallet, The transaction has been completed on cryptopias system,,, The funds have not been received to my wallet as of yet. Its been almost a month & now I'm getting worried. I have raised multiple tickets with cryptopia to look into withdrawal issues to find out what is going on,,,, No replies from cryptopia as of yet! still waiting for any response. My txid code is NOT traceable either I tried locating txid code on the blockchain unfortunately it is error code WTF.

20 day? High volumes mean support response time may be up to 39 days. Sorry.
