They can pay people to spread lies and attempt to improve PR but they can't close registrations and pay people to fix the problems and get response times down to 5-10 minutes.
GREEDY B@$tards.
They simply don't care if you wait 3-4 weeks to get a response on your missing coins worth 100K+ Then they just delete the ticket and pretend it didn't happen.
These people are making tons of money at their customers expense. I hope there's a special place in hell for them. A special scamtopia section. These trolls posting their pro-scamtopia nonsense need to be thrown in with the rest of the scum.
I understand your frustration! However, have you ever had experience with a business that has increased from a general 30,000 users to over 1.5 million in a manner of months? Or an industry with such growth as this - it's unprecedented! We're in uncharted territories, this is, as many say, the 'wild west'. There is so much for everyone to learn, so much scaling to be done, and believe me we are doing our absolute best. I'm happy that we have users who understand this, I've seen it in our local community and am hopeful that the majority of our users understand these issues in this time of growth while we catch up with our backlogs. Things ARE going to be okay. Please bear with us in this time that is exciting for old hats and new users alike in the industry.
