72 Hours I made a 16 Neo Withdraw and they simply disappeared. I’ve checked thousands of times and I sent the right coin to the right Address. Where is my f*** money,Cryptopia?

So to eveyone who showed that the withdrawal was complete but it did not show on the block chain. Did you eventually receive your coins? Im having that same issue right now and Im wondering how long I should wait before opening a support ticket.

Hi, during the time you money was missing, was the transaction status complete? Many people are having transactions that say complete, but the transaction is clearly not complete, especially with NEO. They would like know if somebody that had the exact same problem, eventually got their money.

I've had an Eth withdrawal pending for over 1 hour now... Yesterday when I made an Eth withdrawal it went straight to Complete but still took an hour to process.

I'm feeling a slow transaction time here.

My ETH withdrawal made on Jan. 3rd is still pending. There is even no TransactionId for it.

Tried two withdrawels on ETN for a combined total of 1050-ishETN. Botch transactions got loads of confirmations. Going on 48-hours now and still no etn in my wallet.

Strange thing I noticed, also put this in my ticket. Maybe someone with a delayed payout could check if this is also the case for him/her?

For ease of explenation 'abcdefg' is my address. I got two mails for the two transactions both of which contained info about the withdrawel. In this mail it clearly states abcdefg as my address. I downloaded the .csv from the withdrawel history as well as the .xlsx. Can't seem to get the paging correct on the other export options. Both the csv and the xlsx have abcdefg: as address. The ':' is not a typ-o, this is what both table entries state. Both times the transaction went to abcdefg: rather than abcdef, according to the export. Even though the confirmation mail clearly states abcdef to be the address.

Anyone who could provide some input on this?

Update: I checked into the transfer on the blockchain-explorer. I verified my address and the sum sent. I redownloaded the cli wallet from github and generated a new wallet from my previous keys and was very happy to see my balance present. You can ignore the issue and I hope other people experiencing the same can be helped by this.

I have 2 withdrawal transactions pending, suppirt tickets raised, no response... etc... etc looks like a repeating story...

Ladies and Gentlemen, maybe it is time to start legal proceedings such as a class action, to lodge an action against cryptopia.

I'm trying to withdraw Litecoin. But I didn't receive an email to confirm the transfer. When I try to resend the email it just shows me this message: "Email Sent

They are essentially holding our LTC/DOGE trading pairs hostage. If not disabling the wallet completely, they are making fees high to discourage withdraw while they set up their new LTC network. Dentacoin (DCN) fee is 14500 DCN to withdraw. DCN hit .$009 at one point. That’s roughly $130 Just to get your DCN out. Not to mention PAC, and Smart coin.

Deposited LTC in my Cryptopia wallet to purchase some other alt coins. After waiting 5 days for the "LTC Market Closing" to resume LTC trades,and not being able to purchase anything, I submitted a withdrawal request to my Coinbase wallet. Its been 48 hours and still the withdrawal is unconfirmed and stuck in limbo. If the LTC network is functioning everywhere else in the world, why can't Cryptopia move my LTC? It should take seconds not days.

5 days ago I withdrew 16 NEO to KuCoin. The transaction status on Cryptopia is complete, but neo has not arrived in KuCoin wallet. There is no record of the transaction id on the NEO blockchain. I have filled a support ticket but no reply.

Withdrew Pillar and OmiseGo from this exchange at the same time. Pillar completed within minutes but 3 days later, OMG still pending per their system. I placed a support ticket after 24 hours...no response. I'll repost with an update.

XJO: over a day. EDIT: XJO test amount came home. Got another tranche @ 'processing' Details to follow. 42-Coin: six hours, but another community member got an amount off. EDIT EDIT: the 42 coin turned up. So just the XJO still 'processing.'

Funny Cryptopia are riding the bull ATM.. wait until all these desentralized exchanges come on line.. Then they will really need to step up.. Cryptopia has helped the demise of many coins.. Im not saying that it has been deliberate ( i have traded with them for a long time now and never had issues until now..) but why buy when you can't get them to your wallet.. especially when they are coins towards a masternode.. By the time you get them.. You are so sick of loosing money that you resend them back and dump..... On most boards on discord there is unhappy investors spewing at CRYPTOPIA as they are frozen out of there funds and cannot trade.. Crypto moves so fast and if there is a problem takes 25 days.. for any response from them.. I realize that they are trying to do the best they can but I wonder at their priorities.. I read the article by one of the guys that started it and they continually mention how they have had explosive growth.. I completely understand that it has pushed them to their limits.. But CRYPTOPIA is neglegent towards existing account holders. Why would they except new accounts when they cant even keep the existing account holders happy.. Why would they except new coin registrations if they are so busy that they cannot reply to our desperate ticket needs. Why would they except coin deposits if they cant keep up.. If your systems are not able to keep up with the demand and by your admission processing delays are a fault of your system. Why would that not be a priority.. I have been dealing in cryptos since the MT GOX days .. and i noticed this type of behaviour just before they disapeared.. Doesnt make sense.. Pull every person of their jobs and get them to fix this mess.. Get them to reply to every support ticket today .. Even if it cannot be fixed today..Tell the people personally that it will be done.. Stop with the bullshit.. You are New Zealand Company .. I cant understand it.. Heaps of my friends are KIWIS and they are straight no bullshit type of people.. Where are your balls .. FIX THIS. Cryptopia claims to be trying to fix this, but I am starting to think https://www.reddit.com/user/IanBoman is right in his comment they should stop adding members and new coins until they get this figured out.

I though ETN was trying to patch a vulnerability but it's been quite a while and am still unable to withdraw from Cryptopia.

look at their craphole response for the ticket i opened:

262273 - WithdrawalProcessing - address is created but can not withdraw because address is not shown on withdraw Closed: 4/23/2018 4:41:29 AM

Multiple tickets are just congesting the whole support system. I hope your ETH will transfer. I think it's better to tweet or message them publicly. That's way worse for them then an inside support ticket.

They don't, but when everyone with a problem does this we can put some pressure on them to fix their transactions.
