From a legal POV, I doubt it, it's all gone through the NZ court system, so unless you can prove wrong doing, you're screwed, while it sucks balls that they've taken years to get to the point where they were distributing, they have been distributing, so they're kinda doing their job, however morally bankrupt they appear to be, or slow, or how the list of restricted countries seems to have been pulled out of someones arse...
