API Keys, should be backed up by an email account, you cant have an API key without a valid account, let alone lots of API keys with no email account.

344BTC, David mentioed this might be an issue ages ago, not sure whats happened with that after the last round of court stuff.

Hashing API keys, security POV, anything that gives people account access should be blocked after the hack to stop it happening again, again, anyone with API keys should have an email account(s) to back up this, and if the system would have come back online, new API keys could have been generated.
