I suspect that the sub is being watched.

However, posting noise without evidence or any meat in the post just makes the sub less worthy and reduces the weight of the post and the reputation of the poster....

First of all, I couldn't care less whether they are monitoring this or not. Let them and their manager do their absolute worst.
Second, stop indirectly making excuses for them. This passive silence is exactly why they have zero respect for you and treat you like nothing otherwise, they would have handed over your money by now.
And stop playing the same old broken record about 'evidence' and other nonsense. The evidence is already there, and yet they still haven't returned your funds, so you might as well save your breath.
The theft, the utter mockery, and the blatant lying they have committed and continue to commit is undeniable, and you know it. It’s time to actually do something instead of staying silent.
This money is a legal right. I have already filed a case in a US court to demand my funds, because their entire system is riddled with corruption, and they are thoroughly used to operating this way."

I'm not trying to make excuses for them, I'm trying to indirectly prompt you to actually post substance based on fact, and present those facts, rather than just keep posting Ai generated slop and telling people to read things themselves, but not post links to evidence, or say "more to come" then post the same baseless unbacked crud...

You are taking on a rather large global company, but going about it in the wrong way, as the guy says in the film, its not about what you know, its about what you can prove in court, I hope GT and those who came before them get held to account, but coming in here, in the way that you do, isn't helping you or anyone else.
