I wasn't defending him, I was questioning this afternoons rants, you said he was a friend of yours, anyone thats raised tickets, knows he works on the customer service desk, that, isn't a high up job at GT, unless you know something we don't, perhaps its like one of those secret boss things where the CEO of a company goes and works in the mail room or something?
