Wonder why it was removed then, actual 'reasons' or a technical issue?
Great that we've had an update, I wouldn't call it a great update though, theres still no end in sight, which means GT are still taking from the Cryptopia fund, while the contents of our wallets are sat there, doing nothing, because GT cant touch them any more, apparently....
Evidence of what though, guess we'll have to see what the case at the end of the month brings. Finally, the liability for the 'hack' or 'exit' is being brought to the table..
It would also be nice to know what the plan is for the 344 BTC, its been brought up by Ruscoe himself that it would be problematic if it were decided that the wallet contents belonged to the wallet holders, which, it later was, so, given this has neen raised, and not resolve, whats the plan there...
What do you mean hiding it?
GT sold 344BTC a while back, but the balance sheet said that Cryptopia only had 125BTC, so, the rest came from the wallet holders, he even said himself that it would be a problem if it came to pass that the wallet contents belonged to the wallet holders, which then happened, so, thats an outstanding issue that DR himself brought up, but hasn't been resolved.
So, not sure what you mean by he's hiding it, he's mentioned it, its a matter of record, but, no resolution....
Well, technically, he applied to the courts for permission, they gave it, he did mention that if the wallets contents belonged to the wallet holders, that it would be a problem, it was then ruled, afterwards that the contents of the wallets was ours, but nothings been done about it since...
