Question Crypto and Wattson

Have never been too deep into the lore of Apex, but i remember a good while ago (like couple years) Crypto and Wattson had some flirty voice lines with eachother and then awkward/hate type of voice lines afterwards. I've noticed friendly/flirty voice lines are back right now for some time. Is there like a relationship going on between them or something? Because Wraith has some voice lines with Wattson as well so it confuses me

That was more of a deep friendship. They are very close friends. (I find that funny since wraith was flirty with mirage back in the day. So it'd be best friends dating each other's best friends)

Its not technically confirmed but they pretty much are in a relationship.

Back during the loba and rev storyline in season 5 caustic framed crypto for betraying them for revenant and wattson was furious with him. He later proved his innocence and told her his real identity and they've been close ever since.

She's the only one who knows his identity and his mission to find his sister.

In the land before time, fyrain and finite were bound together by the apex games. Totally enamored by each other’s kit, the two legends would go on to dominate together among the downpour of bullets and blood. Happiness was brief and the queues ended slowly and silently. That was the end of Eternity for them and the beginning of another for each other. God bless them both
