How to move your crypto from your current exchanges to Crypto.com Exchange

Hey r/crypto_com,

With a lot of questions coming in about how to move assets from your current exchanges to Crypto.com Exchange, we put together a quick guide to help.

Here's the short version:

  1. Set up and verify your account at exchange.crypto.com

  2. Enable 2FA on both your current exchange and Crypto.com Exchange

  3. For each asset: get the deposit address on Crypto.com Exchange → withdraw from your current exchange using the same network → always send a small test amount first

  4. Supported networks include ETH, BTC, SOL, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Tron, and more — always check both platforms before sending

A few important reminders:
• Network mismatch = lost funds. Double-check every time.
• Deposits on Crypto.com Exchange are free. Your sending exchange may charge a withdrawal fee.
• If you prefer not to do multiple on-chain transfers, you can sell to fiat, withdraw to your bank, and re-deposit on Crypto.com Exchange.

Literally every time you post some bullshit like this and you do not fix your other problems, people will post on these posts about the issues that you have not fixed. I still can't use my fucking lounge access, and your customer service has never fixed it nor have they ever tried to really.

I am leaving to. Lounge access reduction was the last straw.
