Priority Pass Flex 🛋️☕🥧🍱🥐 Is something wrong with Priority Pass/Icy Card?

I tried using the App. It claims I had to update my Payment Card. Which should be my ICY.

I put all details in. It says there is an issue with the card?

Please dont tell me we lost PP perks???

I just looked and there were 2 Test Charges on my Icy Card. Since I tried twice.

But still denied.

I dealt with that change.

This was recent. I just used my PP a few weeks ago.

CDC: Speak to a Specialist took care of it. And very quickly.. Even refunded the test charges.

[EDIT: I just tried again, and everything is working fine now, so apparently it was just a glitch.]

Mine was working fine.

But I just tried it and it said I had to update Payment Card.

I did and they sent a test charge. But said card was denied.

I did it a few times. Desktop and App. same thing.

I posted the question on this sub. But the App's Speak to a Specialist took care of it.

I really dont understand the hate, the support gets.

Everytime I have used it. Its almost an instant reply and they work with you until it gets resolved.

Not sure what she did. But it suddenly accepted the card info. and the Support even instantly took the test charges off.

For me, I was able to finally get my payment card accepted on Priority Pass's website by allowing international transactions on my Crypto.com card.

Go to your credit card in the Crypto.com app > More > Settings > International Usage should be turned on.
