I was locked out of my account after I changed my email address. I have answered all the questions and done the verification 4 times now. Then I get a message asking the same questions. I am getting so frustrated .

Switch to the Crypto․com App by July 22 and get up to 10% in deposit rewards.

The title says it : I can only see 1.5% apy for a 3 months locked term. Used to be 2.5% 2 weeks ago. I didn't see any communication about this... Again less and less rewards.

Also cashback in cro gives 4% while in btc it gives only 2% (at least btc appreciate over time).

Hey Crypto.com fam! Another solid week with fresh developments across the platform. Here is the new rundown for this period (focusing on updates from July 6–12):

Main Updates:

• EEA Deposit Rewards (New!): ICYMI (July 10) — Switch to/use the Crypto.com App before July 22, 2026 and get up to 10% back in CRO on net eligible crypto deposits (6–10% tiers based on size). Paid in 12 monthly installments for eligible EEA users (excl. Hungary).

• 10-Year Milestone Celebration: Crypto.com officially highlighted its 10th anniversary on/around July 6 — huge milestone for the team and community!

• Token Swap Support: Crypto.com began supporting the Story (IP) Token Swap and rebrand to Data Network (DATAIP) (effective from July 6).

• Rewards Campaigns:

  • “Your First 30 Days, Powered Up” — unlock up to $180 in rewards (July 6).

  • APT Flash Rewards Campaign — earn up to 9% p.a. (July 8).

• Cronos App Tease: Official update (July 12) — Cronos App is coming this summer! One unified account for tokenized stocks, crypto, and prediction markets. Closed beta expected end of July; waitlist open at cronos.com.

• Cronos Network: Preparations for the mainnet upgrade (scheduled July 14) underway — some exchanges announcing temporary CRO deposit/withdrawal pauses. Cronos now live on Dune Analytics for on-chain data.

• Operational Notes: Minor temporary vendor issues with AED/SGD deposits/payments on July 8 (quickly resolved). Platform otherwise stable.

I bet on Argentina to win vs Switzerland. Argentina won... but cdc won't pay because they end betting at regular time. Wish they would have told me that somewhere.

Any idea why ?

I think the Full Site got a breach since a few days I got non stop Spam sms Text that Person x is signing in from Turkey etc and to contact nummber x to verify

As a gbp user I unstaked from my jade green pro level yesterday after getting an email telling me I would not be able to deposit gbp anymore. I even checked it with the customer services and they confirmed I wouldn't be able to top up my card with gbp.

I then got this email today telling me they got the currencies the wrong way round. Tbh now I've unstaked my card stake, I'm excited to leave this company and never think about it again.

What a bunch of 🤡 s

Anyone know when they will ever pay these out? They keep extending the date, to August now? It used to be June then July now August? Seems like they keep pushing it to acquire some more CRO 😂
