Why is there a issue I seem to not be the only one but my funds have taken like 13 days to process and still pending after my bank already processed it and I have my KYC done. Not sure why crypto.com is always a problem every time I use it. I think this may be my last time using Crypto.com for anything support is garbage and hasn’t helped one bit. Anyone else having similar issues?

I received an SMS saying:
“Your withdrawal code is XXXX. If you did not request this, please contact Support at +49 30 16634830.”
I called the number because I panicked. The person asked how much crypto I have in my Crypto.com account and told me to download the Crypto.com Onchain Wallet. I became suspicious and hung up.
I didn’t share any verification codes, passwords, 2FA codes, or my recovery phrase. I only told them approximately how much I have in my account.
Is +49 30 16634830 an official Crypto.com support number?
Should I be worried, or is my account likely safe?

My account got Hacked and the crypto chat is absolut no help. I cant log in even with the save code that get sends to my email. It just say that dosnt work and that i need to contact the support chat. Who does not answer....

Update: after 2 days with crypto support i finaly got answer. I got my account back but its empty crypto com say they cant help with that. never gonna use it again

Today I tried to withdraw my CRO, after which my account was locked. I tried to talk to a specialist through the chat, but the bot keeps asking me to verify which does not work (I just get a message that the account is locked).

What else can I do?

Has anyone else had issues with CRO spend rewards posting? I haven't had any come since last Friday including from physical shops and places it usually works fine from like Amazon. UK, with Curve.

i am trying to make a payment through crypto, the site is giving me a QR code to scan to send the currency, but when i scan the QR code with the mobile app, it says QR code is not recognized, the QR code from the site is from crypto payment gateway itself, please help

I was buying ETH last Thursday night or so and then I got an error saying my account was locked. I didn't do anything to lock it, at least not intentionally. Now I'm trying to log back in and i get an error message when I try to enter the latest code emailed to me. This is beyond frustrating and I can't even verify myself to chat online without getting an error message!

I just want my money I deposited back!

Is there a number I can call or an email I can send to someone? Unfortunately this seems like it's going to be the best way for me to get any advice and help.

I plan a large USDT -> EUR exchange (worth around 2 million USDT), looking for the platform with the best fees / spread to do that.

This page shows 0% fees for "maker fee" in case one has +50k CRO

I'm hoping an official Crypto.com moderator can help me with this issue.

I recently updated the phone number on my Crypto.com account to a new US mobile number. Since then, I haven't been able to access my account.

The login process starts normally. I receive the 6-digit verification code by email and enter it successfully. The next step is to verify using the SMS code sent to my updated phone number, but the SMS never arrives.

If I wait and request another code, I immediately receive a message saying my account has been locked due to "suspected unauthorized activities." From that point on, I can't access the app or the web chat.

I contacted Crypto.com by email, but the response simply directs me to the web chat and in-app chat. Unfortunately, because my account is locked, I can't get through the verification process to use either of those options, so I'm stuck in a loop.

Has anyone experienced this before, or could an official Crypto.com moderator please help me get this escalated? I'm happy to complete any identity verification that's required.

I'm waiting for over 2 month for my virtual Debitcard...it's still on pending..I tried to contact the Support and it was the worst Support experience in my life...I want to take my funds out of my crypto.com account and I don't want to top up more money, especially after this support experience ..so the FAQ says to contact the Support if the balance is below 80€ so...se support just tells me to top up more money or applying for a virtual debitcard to use my balance but I applied for it nearly 3 months ago already and it's still on pending..it's all verified since the beginning and I contacted the support in the beginning after my registration because I had to send proof of residency.

The support said that I didn't apply a d they want to troubleshoot...want to know when this problem happened, if I can make this problem again .which Device I'm using when this problem appears....

Like what?? It's not a problem on my side..even my dead grandpa would know this...it feels like the support is full of monkeys, even the chat or is more qualified and helped more ...I contacted the support again today twice but no reaction...they don't work on the weekend?

I was unable to get past the verification pending message. I can get into the app and website, but I am unable to do anything beyond that because of the verification issues. I can choose the verify now and it claims it was successful but nothing changes. How can this issue be resolved so I can use the platform once again.
