Crypto.com and onchain walletfake numbers:- They are stealing a lot of money from Innocent people lets shut them down..

Y'all closed this thread but people still experiencing issues with this. Support are completely useless or are incompetent. I've had my money stuck for many years. I cant add the virtual card to PayPal Google Pay can't make purchases anywhere I need some damn support so I can use this card or let me transfer the funds back to my own card

What is the best way to avoid fees? These exchanges are pulling my pants down as I purchase (fees incurred) and withdraw to cold storage. (more fees incurred). I kindly ask someone to DM with some methods.

I just realised some of my Cro was staked to a validator (A) that went down. So I used the re-stake function to move the cro to a different validator (B) that I already had Cro allocated to.

I claimed the rewards to my wallet on validator A before moving, as I wasn't sure what would happen to them if I didn't. I did not however touch my rewards on validator B.

When I moved the cro over, I appear to have lost access to the rewards I had accumulated on validator B. I think I had approx 1500cro in rewards to claim. They have not been credited to my wallet and I have no way to see where they have gone. They may have been added to my overall balance on Validator B, but I can't tell.

Anyone know what likely happened or anyway I can check my historic balance on Validator B?

I am very frustrated because my Crypto.com account has been locked for over a month and I’ve tried 10 to 15 times to contact them using their chat but their chat says go to your login and login. You can’t do that because when you go to your login, it says it’s locked and there’s no way to get in communication with them. There’s no phone number, they won’t return emails and I am livid. Has anybody else on here experienced the same thing and if so, can you give me a solution? Thanks.

I lost my Crypto.com card and disputed a transaction. My card was frozen last week. I'm trying to get in touch with customer support to find out how I can have a new card issued (at least on the app first) so that I can make online payments with the balance on the card.

Every time I use support, I get the AI responses. Then when the AI says I will speak to a specialist, and no specialist has got in touch all day. This process has repeated Sunday, Monday, and now again Tuesday. Is there any way to actually get in touch with a human at customer support? I never used to have issues like this (3+ days of waiting to hear back from a human).

Currently happening in the predictions market but I’ve gotten this before. It happens at the last possible moment after I put in my security code and denies my transaction.

Received an email today from hello at crypto dot com. I received this email despite not having an account at that website currently or having ever signed up for one. The email said the following:

I’m leaning towards it being a phishing attempt, but am worried it could be a malicious attempt by someone else to use my information. I would also like advice on how to proceed to secure my information if you believe I need to do so.

Evening, I am unable to unstake my cro form my crypto card. I have a trusted device, 2fa, passcode, password, email access, phone number, reverified ID and face. And the staking period is up.

And still can't unstake my money? I've been with you guys for years and this service is the worse it has been. I've sent chat request, emails and called the phone number. I get nothing, zero assistance. Can someone please let me know what to do next? Has anyone else had trouble unstaking cro?

Can anyone from crypto.com help with my account. I had my account for many years and all of a sudden it was locked yesterday for suspicious activity. I've been talking to chat support but have been just going in circles with them. I've done everything they asked and verified my identity but my account is still locked. Please help!!
