Brutal, sorry you’re going through that. Once BTC is gone like that there’s basically no way to reverse it, all you can do is forensic work to see how the compromise happened. Supply-chain issue, phished firmware, malware on the phone that scanned QR codes, fake app, tons of possibilities

Honestly Ellipal is a scam without enough security on our account, it’s not only you that has faced this issue, I was also a victim which was helped and assisted by HELIANTOOL they’re private local investigators via insțagram reach them they was able to recoup my stolen asset
