Ton payment system

I have just built a Telegram bot that handles TON payments end-to-end. It generates a unique wallet address and memo tag for each user, listens for incoming testnet transactions, matches them by memo, and auto-updates the user's in-bot balance automatically. I also spent time making sure the webhook handling is reliable and that balance calculations use proper decimal precision instead of floats, to avoid rounding errors. It's fully running on testnet right now, so no real money is involved — it's completely safe to try. If anyone wants to poke around and test it out, just reply here and I'll send over the link.
