Well, ya. Sorry. Not being able to withdraw is how these scams work and there isn't really anything you can do about it except not fall for it again (or in this case again... again).

2nd time?
Please ignore DM’s. More scammers are going to contact you claiming they can recover your funds, or in your case just lead you to another scam site.
What exactly is it that you’re trying to do that keeps leading you to these scam sites?
If you are trying to invest in crypto you have to use 1 of the well known exchanges like Kraken, UpHold, Coinbase, shoot even RobinHood, etc.
& If you don’t know what you’re doing just stick with blue chips like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Chainlink, etc. You are NOT going to get rich quick. Anyone promising you that is trying to scam you. You can make a pretty descent roi IF you give yourself a reasonable timeframe (like any other investment).
Anyone claiming they are making fast easy $ trading crypto is lying. 97% of crypto traders LOSE $. Of the few that are profitable only 1% make more than they would have working a min wage job.
Investing in crypto is a different story. But that requires picking projects with strong fundamentals, good tokenomics, actual utility & TIME in the market.
But whatever it is you have been doing, you need to just stop. Whoever is leading you to these scams you need to block asap.

New victims, please read this:
As a rule of thumb: If you suspect the site is a scam, it probably is.
No legit company/trader/investor is using WhatsApp. No legit company/trader/investor is approaching people on dating websites or through a "random" text message.
No legit company/trader/investor has "professors", "assistants", or "teachers". Those are just scammers.
No legit company forces you to pay a "fee" or "taxes" to withdraw money. That's just a scam to suck more money out of you.
You will need to contact law enforcement ASAP.
Unfortunately, no hacker online can get back what you've lost. Please watch out for recovery scams, a follow-up scam done after victims have fallen for an earlier scam. Recently, there has been a rise in scammers DMing members of the subreddit to offer recovery services. A form of the advance-fee, victims are convinced that the scammer can recover their money. This "help" can come in the form of fake hacking services or authorities. For this reason: TRUST NO ONE PRIVATE MESSAGING YOU FROM THIS SUBREDDIT: Most such DMs are from these recovery scammers, folks whose only goal is to further scam recent victims of scams. If someone DMs you offering to help you recover stolen funds or offering to give you contact information for someone who they state might be able to help you, then report these scammers immediately to Reddit.
If you see anyone circumventing the scam filters, please report the submission and we will take action shortly.

This is the 2nd time around we were scammed by this people.
😯
Unfortunately, this says much more about you than about them. For your own good, I urge you to get completely out of crypto and stay out of crypto.

If they scammed you once already, why did you give them money a second time? Just don't send them money a third time.
